Field Service Technician position now available in Elmhurst.
This is a fulltime, contract to hire position offering a lot of OT and up to $30.00/hr for a well qualified candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for assembly or installation and maintenance of electrohydraulic actuators and control system for a company manufacturing equipment for the refining and power industries all over the world.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydraulic circuits, and electromechanical control systems as well as PLCs. He must have good mechanical and electrical aptitudes and be able to assist in the manufacture of the product which he will ultimately install and service. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
*Previous experience with hyraulics/electrohydraulic actuators and PLCS required
*Ability to travel out of country up to 80%. Must have a valid passport.
* BACKGROUND/DRUG SCREEN/EVERIFY required
HOURLY RATE: 18-30.00 based on experience
